Beledweyn — Former pro government Islamic Courts Union officials who left their offices Saturday have said Sunday that they will attack both TFG and Ethiopian troops in the Beledweyn region in central Somalia.
Sheik Abdinasir Jalil, a former commander of the training for ICU administration in Beledweyn town and joined Hisbul Islam organization said that they will assault the transitional government officials in the town and also the Ethiopian troops whom he said they are in El-gal village 18 kilometers out of Beledweyn town.
He said that the government officials want to bring Ethiopian troops inside town accusing them that they are having friendly relation with Ethiopia pointing out that it was what compelled them the announce the attack.
The statement of the former pro government Islamic Courts officials comes as they held a press conference in the town on Saturday saying that the ICU administration in the region was collapsed and joined to the Islamic organization of Hisbul Islam in Beledweyn town in central Somalia.
